How to Update a Work Order

Summary: Service requests are sent over to you by your Customer’s operators (ex: Manager, Area Director, etc). Once a service request is sent out to a service provider, it becomes a ‘Work Order’.  Ecotrak offers users the ability to update their invoice from either their computer or their mobile device
