Are you trying to create a service request but only have the option to choose one service provider even though you know there are more available? If so, it is likely that your site admin has customized your account to only show one service provider for the selected asset.
Ecotrak is a highly customizable software, giving site admins the ability to lock service provider choice for users. While there may be other service providers available for an asset, if you do not see the option to choose them, it is likely due to your site admin’s customization of your account.
In order to reassign the work to a new service provider, or to make another service provider your first choice when requesting service on an asset or assets, please reach out to your site admin with your request.
