As a Service Provider, there will be times that the cost of your services exceeds the customer’s NTE amount. In order to successfully invoice for this work, you will first need to request that the customer raise the current work order NTE. To do so, you will need to create a Proposal.
Once the Proposal has been completed, it will be submitted to your customer for approval. Upon approval, the NTE will be raised, and you will be able to invoice for the full cost of service rendered.
