There are two ways to import your company's data in bulk. Both options are completed via template you fill out and submit back to us via a Request here on Zendesk.
Option 1: Submit a request for an Export of your data on the appropriate template for the update you wish to make. Once you receive the populated template you can make your updates and submit to us for import via a request in Zendesk.
Option 2: Download the appropriate blank template for your needs, input your data, submit a request to us with your completed template attached.
The templates Ecotrak offers to import your data to your Ecotrak platform are:
- Add and/or Update Assets
- Add Users
- Add and/or Update Locations
- Add and/or Update User Location Assignment
- Add and/or Update PMs
- Add and/or Update Work Orders
- Add and/or Update Regions and Districts
- Add and/or Update General Ledger Codes
