This is a current list of known issues that our development team are actively working on as of 2/02/21.
Work Order Filters not Working (Resolved 1/27/20): When looking at work orders on the mobile application, the filter for status isn't updating the work orders returned. See image.
Work Order Reassign Permission Issues (Resolved 1/27/20): When a user is using the reassign function from the manage work order page, it allows users to choose any service provider, while when using the reassign function work order details page, the reassign works correctly and only shows the authorized list of service providers.
Invoice Creation Error (iOS) (Resolved 1/27/20): When creating an invoice on the iOS mobile app, the calendar date view is not functioning properly, causing some confusion in the UI.
Locations Missing in Assign by Trade when no Service Providers are assigned (Resolved 1/27/20): The 'assign by trade' section of the trade assignment module is not presenting any store locations unless the customer has already assigned service providers to the locations. If no service provider is assigned, the location will not populate.
NTE Issue in Work Order Edit Screen (Resolved 1/19/20): When attempting to edit a work order, the system will not allow a user to edit any part of the work order if the NTE amount is over that user's NTE limit.
Proposal assignment notifications not being sent (Resolved 1/19/20): 'Proposal assigned to' notifications are not going out to the job titles that should be receiving them.
Flags not Working (Resolved 1/19/20): When clicking the flags on the manage proposals/invoices/work orders page, nothing happens. And when clicking the flags on the details pages, they turn blue, but nothing happens.
Service Provider Work Order IDs Not Saving (Resolved 1/19/20): When the Service Provider is editing a work order, the system is not saving Service Provider Work Order IDs when clicking edit on the work order and trying to add a Service Provider Work Order ID.
