In this support article we will go over how to change a user email address. This support article is for both customers and service providers, as the process to change a user email is the same for both customer and service provider accounts.
1.) After logging into your Ecotrak account, you will want to click on the "admin" button on the left side of your screen. From here, a drop down menu will appear with a button that says 'Users'. Click the 'Users' button. (see image below)
2.) Once you navigate to the Users page, you will see a list of all active users. Locate the username/email that you would like to change, and click on the User ID number that corresponds with this username/email. (see image below)
3.) Once you have clicked the User ID number, you will see the user details page. To edit the user email you will want to click the grey 'Edit' button at the top of the screen (highlighted in the image below).
4.) Once you have clicked the edit button, navigate to the username/email section (as highlighted in the image below).From here, delete your old email, and type in your newly desired email address.
5.) Once you have typed in the new email address, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the blue 'Submit' button to make that change. (see image below)
