While NTEs are generally raised through a Proposal request made by the service provider, the customer can also edit a Work Order NTE.
Note: Users can only edit the NTE up to their 'Approval Limit'. This limit is set by the account admin, and can be found on the User details page.
It is important to note that this limit is separate from the Approval Limit in the approval workflow.
How to Edit a Work Order NTE
- Login to Ecotrak.
- Open the Work Order Module.
- Click the Work Order ID or "View Details" quick action button to open the Work Order details page.
- Click "Edit".
- Edit the "NTE" amount.
- Click Submit.
